TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Arabic Keyboards we will only be happy if you are completely
satisfied with our service and we will strive to make your
transaction as smooth as possible. We guarantee to delivery
your purchased items to you in the shortest possible time-frame.
Items from stock will be dispatched on the day after purchase
by first class mail and should be with you next working day.
Free delivery of all goods is to UK mainland only. International
enquiries are welcomed and should be sent to our overseas
sales team at international@arabic-keyboard.co.uk
RETURNS
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us
in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received
the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact)
and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for
the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if
they are faulty. Some keyboards may require drivers to be
installed on your computer. In most circumstances, these drivers
will be supplied by the manufacturer and will be included
in your purchase. If you experience difficulties please contact Technical Support
for assistance before returning any goods, as keyboards that
do not work due to incorrect installation are not classed
as being faulty and cannot be returned. Please note that we
reserve the right not to accept items that have been returned
to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
RETURNING ITEMS
Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense
and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the
Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return
postal charges within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer
fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller
shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods
from the Buyer. Goods to be returned must clearly show the
order date and customers' address on the package. Where returned
Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the
Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
PRICES
The price of the Goods shall be that which is stipulated
on the Website. The price is inclusive of VAT if applicable
but does not include delivery charges. The total purchase
price, including delivery charges, will be displayed in the
Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
